RentVine Renters Insurance through ERA New Age RE is $16.95 per month. Additional Information: Property Condition Report. Fill out the attached property condition report and deliver it to us within 21 days of your lease start date. Maintenance Requests. If there are repair issues, your portal is the proper method for submitting maintenance requests. Filters (furnace/fridge), light bulbs, dead batteries in garage remotes, appliances that are not plugged in/turned on are all resident responsibilities.
