This policy covers leslieleasing.com and the Leslie service operated by Leslie AI ("we", "us") of Boulder, Colorado. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
- Information you give us directly: your name, email, phone number, and company when you fill out a form, book a demo, join the newsletter, or start onboarding.
- Conversation content needed to provide the service: text messages, emails, and call transcripts between you and Leslie when you inquire about a property or use the service.
- Basic technical logs (timestamps, pages visited) needed to run and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To provide property management services: answering inquiries, booking showings, processing applications, and the other workflows Leslie runs.
- To send you things you asked for, like the newsletter. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To improve the service, including reviewing conversations for quality and safety.
What we share
- Service providers who help us operate (messaging, email, telephony, hosting, and the property management software of record), only as needed to provide the service.
- The property owner or management company involved in your inquiry, as needed to arrange showings, applications, or tenancy matters.
- We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
AI disclosure
Leslie is an AI assistant and identifies herself as one at the start of conversations. Decisions that affect you financially or contractually, including application decisions, are made by humans.
Your choices
Text STOP to any Leslie number to stop SMS. Use the unsubscribe link to leave the newsletter. Email us to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
