Leslie AI is a Boulder, Colorado company built by two people. Daren Roberts is a multi-generational Front Range property manager and the President and Broker of New Age Real Estate. Kristin Siegle spent her career at big tech companies before deciding to build something in her own community instead.
In June 2026 we started building the teammate we always wished we had. No investors, no engineering team, nights and weekends. Leslie has been live inside our own operation since July: answering every renter inquiry in seconds around the clock, booking and confirming tours, chasing applications, catching renewals 90 days out, running move-ins and move-outs, taking maintenance calls, onboarding new owners, and auditing the books every morning.
One rule is permanent: a human approves anything that touches money, an application, or a lease term. Every action lands in a timestamped audit log. We think that's the only honest way to build AI for this industry.
When we're not working, we're in the backcountry on skis, trail running, walking our dogs, or hanging out in downtown Boulder. This company looks like the life we already live here.
